UTE won the United Nations Development Program competition for installation of 10 tracker systems
UTE d.o.o. won the competition of numerous companies from Croatia and abroad in the recently launched tender of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) for the installation of 10 tracker systems.
It is about the Project of education of primary school students on renewable energy sources "Solar sunflower"..
The project is intended to educate students about renewable energy sources through the installation of 10 small solar power plants - "solar sunflowers" in primary schools in selected cities (Zagreb, Križevci, Ivanić grad, Vukovar, Krk, Pula, Zadar, Kaštela, Dubrovnik, Hvar).
"Solar sunflowers" would be directly connected to the junction box in schools, so there is no need for batteries or obtaining permits for a privileged producer of electricity from renewable sources. Also, in the future, schools can obtain the status of a privileged producer of electricity from renewable sources and provide income from the sale of electricity produced in this way.
The project will be implemented in the next few months, and UTE will perform all necessary work on the project, supply and installation of this equipment.
