Participation in European Mobility Week and Car Free Day
UTE d.o.o. has on 22 September 2012, for the first time, took part in activities related to the European Mobility Week and Car Free Day, which the City of Pula, like many cities around the world, has been organizing for many years.
In the very center of the city, on Portarata, citizens and visitors of Pula could try the mechanical and electric bicycles that UTE has to offer, and are intended for public rental in cities and tourist resorts.
At the same time, the bicycles had a very positive reactions from users, especially the electric model with very advanced characteristics. It is a bicycle that can cover up to 100 km on a single charge, depending on the terrain configuration. Charging the battery is carried out by a special rectifier that can be connected to the city network, but can also be connected to solar panels, which UTE also has in its offer.
